Dried Salted Ling Saltfish 1kg

Ling (Molva molva) is a long, thin fish. Ling can reach up to two metres in length and can weigh up to 45 kg, but they do not normally grow to lengths of more than one meter. It has a long and distinct chin barbel, which is longer than the diameter of the eye. The size of the eye distinguishes it from the blue ling, whose eye diameter is considerable larger. Ling have two dorsal fins, and are grey-brown in colour with a white abdomen.
