Delivery & Dispatch

Delivery is UK nationwide via Parcelforce. 

Orders can be shipped on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you need delivery on a specific day, please email us to see if this is possible.  

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of ordering providing everything is in stock. Once your order has been dispatched, it is sent out on a next day service between 7.00am - 6.00pm, you will receive an email with the consignment number so you can track the order. 

Chilled products will leave us in insulated packaging with a frozen gel pack. 

The standard delivery charge is £7.45, based on weight of up to 25kg. 

Ocassionally, lightweight orders may be sent with the Royal Mail on a first class service. Delivery charge is £4.50 for orders below 4lbs/2kg. Delivery time is 2/3 days  

A surcharge of £11 is applicable for the below postcodes
AB37-38, 41-45, 51-56, FK19-21, IV1-28, 30-37, 40, 52-54, 63, KW1-3,
5-14,
PA21-39, PH16-26, 30-41
 
A surcharge of £16.20 is applicable for the below postcodes
HS1-9, IV41-49, 51, 55-56, KA27-28, KW15 – KW17, PA20, 40-49, 60-78,
PH42-44, ZE1-3.
 
A surcharge of £17.45 for Northern Ireland

Refunds & Returns

 

When the fresh and dry produce leave our warehouse they are in perfect condition. Occasionally, whilst in transit, an order may be dropped or knocked, causing the produce to bruise or become damaged. If your product is inedible/damaged, please email a picture of the fruit in question within 24 hours of receipt, to exotic.express@outlook.com

We accept claims if sent within 48 hours of you receiving your order.

Occasionally, on the day of packing your order items may be out of stock. We may give an alternative (brand,size), or will give a refund within two days. We may contact customers if needed.
