Delivery & Dispatch

- UK Nationwide Delivery: We offer nationwide delivery across the UK using trusted couriers to ensure the secure and safe delivery of your order.

- Delivery Schedule: Orders are typically shipped Monday to Friday on a next-day delivery basis for perishable goods. If you require delivery on a specific day, please email us to check availability.

- Dispatch Timeframe: We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, provided all items are in stock.

- Out of Stock Items: Occasionally, items may be out of stock on the day of packing your order. In such cases, we may offer an alternative brand or product, issue a refund, or keep the item on order until it's back in stock. We reserve the right to contact customers if necessary.

Missed Delivery Disclaimer

- We want to ensure a smooth delivery experience for all our customers. However, please note that we are not liable for missed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, recipient absence or incorrect delivery details provided.

If you miss your package from the courier, we regret to inform you that we will not offer refunds or replacements. However, if the parcel is not successfully delivered for reasons such as courier error or delivery issues, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

- We encourage customers to track their deliveries closely using the provided tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during the expected delivery window.

For any concerns or inquiries regarding missed deliveries or unsuccessful delivery attempts, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Perishable Goods Delivery Advisory:

- For packages containing perishable goods, it is crucial to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. In the event that no one is available, the courier may attempt to leave the package in a safe place to prevent it from being returned to the depot.

- We strongly advise recipients to monitor their delivery closely and make arrangements to have someone available to collect the package during the designated delivery window. This proactive measure helps prevent any potential deterioration of perishable items and ensures a timely and successful delivery.

- Please note that while the courier will make every effort to leave the package in a secure location, it is ultimately the recipient's responsibility to ensure the safe receipt of perishable goods.

- In the event that a package is returned to the depot due to a missed delivery attempt, we regret to inform you that we are not liable for any resulting damage or deterioration of perishable items. It is the recipient's responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or collection from the depot, if possible.

- Should you have any concerns or special instructions regarding the delivery of packages containing perishables, please don't hesitate to communicate with our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs."

- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text with the consignment number for tracking purposes. Deliveries are typically made between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, especially for perishable goods.


- Chilled Products: Chilled products will be dispatched in insulated packaging with a frozen gel pack to maintain freshness during transit."

Our range of fruits and vegetables sourced from tropical countries offers a diverse selection, subject to seasonal availability. Please note that due to the nature of these products, availability may vary periodically. Certain items may not be available every week or throughout the year due to seasonal fluctuations in harvests. Additionally, while we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, there may be occasional delays in shipment due to factors such as sourcing challenges, transportation logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we are committed to promptly fulfilling your order and will endeavor to ship it out as soon as the desired items become available. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter. The standard delivery charge is £6.99, based on weight of up to 25kg. 

Ocassionally, lightweight or non perishable orders may be sent with the Royal Mail or Evri on a first class service. Delivery charge is £4.99 for orders below 4lbs/2kg. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery on this service.

A surcharge of £11 is applicable for the below postcodes
AB37-38, 41-45, 51-56, FK19-21, IV1-28, 30-37, 40, 52-54, 63, KW1-3,
5-14,
PA21-39, PH16-26, 30-41
 
A surcharge of £16.20 is applicable for the below postcodes
HS1-9, IV41-49, 51, 55-56, KA27-28, KW15 – KW17, PA20, 40-49, 60-78,
PH42-44, ZE1-3.
 
A surcharge of £17.45 for Northern Ireland.

Refunds & Returns

 

When the fresh and dry produce leave our warehouse they are in perfect condition. Occasionally, whilst in transit, an order may be dropped or knocked, causing the produce to bruise or become damaged. If your item is inedible/damaged, please email a picture of the fruit in question within 24 hours of receipt, to exotic.express@outlook.com

We accept claims if sent within 24 hours of you receiving your order.

Occasionally, on the day of packing your order items may be out of stock. We may give an alternative (brand,size), or will give a refund within two days. We may contact customers if needed.
