This has been a true family favourite for over 50 years giving an aromatic, unique and delicious flavour with the real tropical taste.
A delightful mix of herbs and exotic spices, blended with a special type of wheat flour. Used mainly as a base coating in the frying of chicken - try as a gravy ‘thickener' - grava-licious!
Directions:
- wash chicken portions and dip into either whisked egg or milk [optional].
- put some of the coating into a bowl or polythene bag.
- place chicken portions into the coating ensuring the chcken portions are completely coated.
- place coated chicken into a frying basket and deep fry for 12-15 mins or until cooked or oven bake at 190c turning over until cooked.
- served with rice, vegetables, pasta, salads, chips and potatoes.
