Product of Trinidad & Tobago.
Directions: for every pound of meat or shrimp, mix 1 tbsp of chief curry powder with 1/2 cup water. Fry the curry mixture in a pot for 2 mins, then add meat or shrimp and leave to simmer.
Ingredients: coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, salt, fennel, chillies.
