Sunshine Skinless & Boneless Saltfish 125g

Salt Fish is key in the Jamaican National dish Ackees & Saltfish.

It is also used in many dishes throughout the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
To Use: Soak fish for 2-4 hours before use, changing the water several times.
